Who we share it with: Our processor Shopify, and analytics providers including Meta (Facebook), Google, and TikTok.

Order Information

What we collect: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.

Why we collect it: To fulfil your order, process payment, arrange shipping, provide invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, and screen orders for potential risk or fraud.

How we collect it: Collected directly from you at checkout.

2. Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us run the business and fulfil your orders.

We use Shopify to power our online store. Shopify's privacy practices are available here: shopify.com/legal/privacy.

We use Meta Pixel (Facebook) and TikTok Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to retarget users who have visited the site.

We use Klaviyo for email marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.

GDPR (Europe) and UK Residents

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it.

Your Privacy Choices

At Aira, we believe you should have control over your data. Under certain US state laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

What does "sale" or "sharing" mean?

We do not sell your name or email to data brokers for cash. However, like most online stores, we use cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel) to show you relevant ads. Under some laws, sharing data with advertising networks for targeted ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing."

How to opt out

You have two ways to exercise your privacy rights:

1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
