How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at airasheets@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your Order Number and a brief reason (this helps us improve!).
3. We will process your refund immediately—no need to ship anything back.

Why No Returns?
Because Aira is a consumable product, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or used boxes for hygiene and safety reasons. We prefer to save the carbon footprint of return shipping. Please recycle the box instead!

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us a photo at airasheets@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement immediately.

Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
