We ship every order from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Once your order leaves the warehouse, it travels with Yodel as our primary UK carrier, with Royal Mail used on select orders.
Standard shipping takes 4 to 8 business days to arrive once your order is placed.
This applies to every UK order, whether one-time or subscription.
We do not currently offer expedited or next-day shipping.

1-Pack one-time orders have a small shipping fee applied at checkout.
Our warehouse fulfils orders within 24 hours, every day of the week.
You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
The UK is our default shipping region and the only one available through standard checkout right now.
We can ship to most other countries on request. If you're outside the UK and want Aira, email us at founder@airasheets.co with your address and we'll quote you on shipping and sort it manually.
We're working on opening up standard checkout to more countries soon.
If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll sort it. We've had a small number of parcels go missing in transit and we've always made it right.
